Here are some great tutorials that will rapidly increase your Orbiter know how. They were made by Szymon Ender (enjo on orbiter forums), a young man from Poland with who has been an active (or hyperactive)  member of the Orbiter community for a few years. You have the four part Rocket Science For Dummies seriesand an IMFD tutorial that is "outdated" according to him since IMFD is now in version 5.0.  A lot of work has gone into this, hope it helps you a lot.
