When they say the best things in life are free, it included the Orbiter space simulator. You can access thre main site here, but what I have done is make the installation simpler for us dumb teachers. One file to download, shortcuts added to Windows, organized documentation; everything you don't automatically get. They a look at some of these pictures and then imagine using them in full motion in your classroom. You even have the option of showing force vectors and I have used that option even in grade 8. The more you use it, the smarter you feel. Below you will find resources to make it all more accessible to you. Some of this stuff is quite advanced, but some missions are very simple and automated, you have to go by your needs and knowledge. I have been using it in grade 8 for years and am now using it in grade 12 physics. You can download (right click on links and save target as) my Orbiter 2006 standard pack (300mb) or my Orbiter 2006 Mars compilation (450mb) Have fun ! Jean-Marc Perreault
