During my classes we talked about the moon missions. My grade 8 students did not know much about apollo. In fact many do not know that the moon is the only other place we have landed. I have an apollo 11 plaque replica I scanned to give copies as rewards, maybe you would like to do the same.

Hires poster explaining the mission

Since I had to answer questions from students about how long it would take to reach a planet in another solar system, I talked about the probes that were launched some 30 years ago and have not yet truly left our solar system. Amazing that Voyager 1 still works.
